The beautiful Trang Province is one of the southernmost provinces of Thailand. It is situated on the shore of the Andaman Sea. Due to its location, the province presents gorgeous beaches, great festivals and different kinds of attractions. In spite of owning some gorgeous beaches and great visitor attractions, Trang Province is not as attractive for tourists as its neighbor, Krabi. Although, visiting Trang Province can make you an unforgettable holiday.

If you would like to avoid the crowded beaches as the ones at Phuket or Krabi, this region is the perfect place for you. There are also numerous activities which can be practiced here, not to mention the vibrant nightlife, the fine local products and great festivals.

As I already mentioned it, there are several fine beaches and some beautiful and exotic islands which belong administratively to Trang Province. The most astonishing ones are the following: Ko Muk, Tham Morakot, Hat Pak Meng and Ko Ngai. These are very popular among local people. I suggest you to choose one of these if you would like to relax in peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking natural environment. Another highlight of the province is Tham Le Khao Kop, a cave which actually looks like a steep cliff. It is easily accessible, as rowboats take the visitors to this natural wonder. The tallest waterfall of the province is Namtok Ton Te (320 m). It is also the most attractive and most popular one.
