The island of Ko Kret

The island is one of the most popular places in Pak Kret. It is situated in the Chao Phraya River and is only accessible by boat. There are also organized boat tours around Ko Kret. Wat Chonprathan Rangsarit

It is a monastery which can be found near Tambon Bang Talat. The monastery is of an outstanding beauty, being a newly constructed building in Pak Kret. Wat Chonprathan Rangsarit can be found on a shady ground which is perfect for studying Buddha’s teachings. Thus, it is very popular among Buddhists. They also give food to the monks of Wat Chonprathan Rangsarit.

Suan Tan Noi

The spectacular flower garden named Suan Tan Noi is situated on the riverbank of Chao Phraya. There are two ways to reach the garden, one leading through three temples and another one by ferry. It is a wonderful flower garden and a great tourist attraction of Pak Kret. It can be visited every day, from 8:00 to 17:00. (October 2012)

Wat Koo

The temple of Wat Koo can be found near Tambon Bang Phut. The temple wears the characteristics of Mon architecture. The highlights of the Wat Koo are the several mural paintings. There is also a building nearby which commemorates King Rama V’s wife, Queen Sunantha.

Suan Thip

Another fantastic flower garden is the Suan Thip. It is situated on the Chao Phraya riverbank. The garden surrounds beautiful houses and a restaurant. The spectacular floser garden is open to the public. It can be visited every day from 10:00 to 17:00 (October 2012)
